SHIPPING INFORMATION

ORDERS* SHIPPED TO A LOCATION WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES:

  1. With a retail value of $.01 – $79.99, shipping will be $8.00.
  2. With a retail value of $80.00 – $199.99, shipping will be 10 percent of the product total.
  3. With a retail value of $200 or more, shipping will be FREE.

*For orders attached to an online party shipped to a location within the contiguous United States with a retail value of $.01 – $79.99, shipping will be $8.00; for orders with a retail value of $80.00 or more, shipping will be 10 percent of the product total.

ORDERS* SHIPPED TO ALASKA, HAWAII, GUAM, OR PUERTO RICO:

  1. With a retail value of $.01 – $49.99, shipping will be $10.00.
  2. With a retail value of $50.00 – $199.99, shipping will be 20 percent of the product total.
  3. With a retail value of $200 or more, shipping will be 10 percent of the product total.

*For orders attached to an online party shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico with a retail value of $.01 – $49.99, shipping will be $10.00; for orders with a retail value of $50.00 or more, shipping will be 20 percent of the product total.

Can I have my Scentsy order shipped directly to me or to someone else?
Absolutely! You can ship Scentsy to anywhere you would like, you just pay shipping.  You can even send Scentsy as a gift!  Be sure to check the “Gift” option during check out.

Do I pay tax on shipping? How much is tax?
No, you don’t pay tax on the shipping cost, just on the product amount. Tax is calculated based on where it’s shipped to.

How long until delivery?
Your Scentsy order will arrive within 10 business days.  Every effort is made to ship it out much quicker but it depends on the time of the year (Summer months tend to be much quicker while Holiday delivery times tend to take longer) and other factors.

Also, the 10 business day policy is a policy, not a guarantee.  Occasionally, very popular items will go on back order and will take a little longer to receive.  When items go on back order, Scentsy does everything they can to keep shipping times to a minimum.  If an item you ordered is on back order you will be notified via e-mail.

Can I expedite my shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time, Scentsy does not offer expedited shipping.

What carrier does Scentsy use?
Orders are shipped directly to you from Scentsy’s distribution center via UPS ground. Some small orders or orders to APO’s may be shipped with a different carrier.  At this time, Scentsy does not offer different shipping options.

Why is my Scentsy order coming to me in two shipments?
Occasionally, the distribution center closest to you will be out of a product that you have ordered and it will have to be shipped from a different center.  Usually, a separate shipment arrives within 1-3 days of the first shipment.
